Overview:
The Capital and Catalyst Grant aims to address the longstanding gender disparities in entrepreneurship, especially the challenges women face in accessing funding above $100,000 and building strategic partnerships. Launched by Enthuse Marketing through the Enthuse Foundation in 2018, this initiative empowers women entrepreneurs—particularly in the food and beverage sectors—by providing access to financial grants, educational programs, pitch competitions, and networking opportunities.
The grant is designed to support women-founded businesses that have already achieved significant traction and are ready to scale further with investor support.
Status (Profit/Nonprofit): For-profit businesses
Eligibility Criteria/General Requirement:
Women-founded food or beverage businesses only
Minimum of $500,000 in lifetime sales (pre-revenue startups not eligible)
Must be operating for more than 2.5 years (founded before January 1, 2023)
Willingness to take on investors within the next 2 years
Must be able to prove intended use of funds
U.S. citizenship required
Business must be at least 51% women-owned
WBENC Certified (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council)*
Must participate in due diligence meeting with Spearhead Global (Profit & Loss statements for 2023, 2024, 2025 required)
Finalists must attend the virtual pitch event on September 11, 2025
Winner must submit New Vendor Forms

Businesses in skincare, beauty, clothing, or personal hygiene industries
Pre-revenue startups
Companies founded after January 1, 2023
Non-U.S. citizens
Businesses not majority-owned by women
