Program Overview:
The 311 Service Center (referred to as 311) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Citizen Request Management System. The system should meet the needs identified in this RFP, enabling the City of Minneapolis to manage citizen requests efficiently. The Project's scope is outlined in Attachment B of the RFP, detailing the roles, responsibilities, and relationships between the Vendor, City, and other involved parties.
General Requirements:
Submission Deadline: Completed proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM on March 28, 2025.
Proposal Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s eSupplier Portal.
If you are a current City Supplier, use the User ID and Password received via email.
New suppliers must register through the eSupplier portal.

Project Description: The Vendor will be responsible for providing the Citizen Request Management System, which should meet the needs specified in the RFP, including all relevant roles and responsibilities.
Eligible Applicants:
Qualified vendors with experience in providing citizen request management systems and similar software solutions are encouraged to apply.

Ability to meet the needs of the 311 Service Center and the City of Minneapolis.
