Overview:
The City of Minneapolis (the City), acting through its Department of Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED), makes this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select qualified non-profit agencies and governmental organizations providing workforce development services for Minneapolis residents (the Provider) for inclusion on a three-year Eligible Providers List.
The Project is generally described in the "Scope of Services" (Attachment A), including descriptions of the roles, responsibilities, and relationships between the Provider, the City, and other involved parties.

Eligibility Criteria/General Requirement:
Eligible applicants must be nonprofit or government organizations.
Must have experience and/or capacity in providing workforce development services as outlined in Attachment A of the RFP.
