Overview:
The City of Minneapolis makes this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified COBRA Administrator (the Administrator) to provide COBRA, benefit continuation billing, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance services.
The selected Administrator will be responsible for managing continuation of benefits for eligible participants in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Status (Profit/Nonprofit): Profit or Nonprofit entities (Qualified Providers)
Eligibility Criteria/General Requirement:
Organizations must demonstrate experience and capacity in COBRA administration and ACA compliance services.
Must be capable of providing benefit continuation billing services.
